Intertwine Fitness is built on a science-based and performance-driven approach to training, backed by years of real coaching experience in private studios, commercial gyms, and one-on-one client development. My background in strength & conditioning, biomechanics, and human performance shapes every program I design—but it’s my adaptability that defines my coaching.
I’ve trained everyone from college students to busy professionals, deconditioned middle-aged athletes, veterans, older adults, extreme weight-loss clients, and high-performance lifters. I believe fitness isn’t a one-size-fits-all journey: it requires intention, measurable progress, and an approach that evolves with the individual. Whether someone’s goal is strength, confidence, mobility, fat-loss, or athletic performance, the system remains the same—train with precision, build capability, and exceed your previous ceiling.
