Intertwine Fitness is built on a science-based, performance-driven approach that blends strength & conditioning principles with real-world coaching experience.

My background in biomechanics, human performance, and strength training shapes every program I build.

But what defines my coaching most is adaptability: your training and nutrition evolve as you do, so progress stays consistent and objective.

I’ve coached a wide range of clients, including:

  • College students and busy professionals

  • Deconditioned and middle-aged athletes

  • Veterans, older adults, and extreme weight-loss clients

  • High-performing lifters focused on strength and physique

Most clients train with me for 10—12 months on average—with some reaching over 2 years.

Fitness isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whether your goal is muscle gain, fat loss, general fitness, athletic conditioning, or long-term strength development, the standard remains the same: train with precision, build capability, and exceed your previous ceiling.
